RETURN POLICY

It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We accept returns.

DEFECTED ITEM

If the item that you received is defective report it to us within 24 hours by sending an email to iserieshub@gmail.com (We take 2 working days to respond), we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end.

OPEN DELIVERY

Open delivery of the parcel is not allowed. Kindly do not fight with the delivery boy for open delivery.

Tempered Glass: We use double-layer packaging to make sure that the product reaches you in proper condition. For tempered glass, we do not provide replacement if you do not apply it properly. If there are bubbles during the application we are not responsible for it, it entirely depends on the application.

WARRANTY

We sell cases, there is no warranty or guarantee on any of the cases. The wear and tear of cases entirely depend on how you use them.

For battery case and power bank if there is a defect report to us within 5 days we will replace it.

No warranty on the battery case and power banks.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

In case the product delivered to you is defected please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can mail us at iserieshub@gmail.com and also you can contact  us on +91 8097198100

FOR REPLACEMENT

  1. Please send us the product at our postal address: Room No 7 Row P Block No 6, New Transit Camp Near Dharavi Police Station, 400017 Mumbai MH, India. We currently don’t have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product to the above address. We refund the courier charges up to Rs 100 for sending the product back to us.
  2. Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team we will send you a replacement.

REFUND POLICY

In case the products are out of stock we will refund the amount in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days

NON- DELIVERY

All orders are delivered within 7 days. If you have done the prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 7 days, email us at iserieshub@gmail.com within 3 days to inform us about the non-delivery.
